About Access Firefox
My name is Ken Saunders and I'm legally blind. I've been using Firefox for more than three years now because I've found the accessibility tools and features that Firefox offers to be very helpful and assistive for my daily Internet needs and unmatched by any other web browser.
I created Access Firefox with the goal of making it a Firefox accessibility web portal. A place where disabled Internet users could get the best free software that would allow them to take control of their Internet browsing needs by providing them with tools to customize the way that they use and access content.
While Access Firefox is not an official Mozilla site nor is it affiliated with the Mozilla Foundation, all of the content on Access Firefox has been generated from the voluntary submissions and contributions from directly within the Mozilla communities. We try to bring together the results of the great Firefox accessibility works that many people are developing behind the scenes for you to use and benefit from.
