You just have to click the Country Ranking link in the Main Menu-> Web Translation System on the left side , then in the page that will open you just have to click the Show untranslated link inherent to your mother language.

Once clicked, in the page that will open you can display the list

of the extensions which need your localization! (The number between brackets tells how many already existing locales are available on the WTS for this extension).
