When you upload an extension, the WTS tries to gather all information from the files contained into your extension.
There are several parsing functions inside the WTS to get the information.
Depending on the structure of your extension it could be that only some parsing functions will be working.
If one parsing function fails, the next one is used, but you will see Failed for the previous function.


Note: please check your extension on the WTS.
