Just a bit of information for you: in case you have some queries about the WTS, you can find short and simple Questions&Answers about it here!

In case you're looking for a specific translator, please see the list of available translators on BabelZilla.
When you select the desired one, you can send him/her a P.M. or an e-mail (if and when public).

You may also insert a new Topic in the Help Section, in order to ask for specific translations, to write a general request about missing translations, etc.

Hi,

I will probably help to translate your extension in French.

Note that it is way handier to localize the xhtml files, especially if you want to change them later. You will find a tutorial written by Goofy about how to do this here: http://www.babelzilla.org/content/view/306/.

smile.gif This is a list of strings that are still hardcoded here and there. We know development comes first, so there is nothing urgent, of course, just to be done one of these days.

file
line , string

codetch.xul
104 , Results
107 , Error Console
108 , Search
109 , Output
139 , Ready

commandOverlay.xul

134 , Remove Style
136 , Remove List

overlays\htmlOverlay.xul
93 , Select Font
124 , insert image (label)
170 , Select Font

toolOverlay.xul
258 , Root
274 , Name (label)
276 , Last Modified
278 , Size
279 , Extension
299 , Local
310 , Name (label)
338 , Name (label)
416 , Toggle live preview
419 , Toggle sidebar
430 , Browse
436 , File (label)
438 , Line (label)
440 , Column (label)
442 , Match (label)
444 , Context (label)

toolbarBindings.xml

25 , ----Separator----

dialogs/new.xul all strings waiting to be localized ;-)

Also please localize the initial description of the extension (here is howto)

[EDIT] Tiny bug report : the Ok button at the bottom of the preferences dialog does not have effect (dialog does not close with it)

[to be continued, please translators when testing tell what you notice and I will edit this post to make it more complete]

Ah, thanks again Goofy! Very comprehensive list. I'll make time to change these.

smile.gif Ok, no urge anyway.

BTW another little thing

When testing I found I had twice the same accesskeys in fr-FR for
File Toolbar (fr: Barre des fichiers)
and
Browser Toolbar (fr: Barre du navigateur)

Of course I came back to my translation and changed the ak to have f and n undelined... But it does not work laugh.gif and I did not find the relative entities for ak in the xul files, so I suspect (but not sure) that by means of code in the javascript, the string is automatically processed for the first letter to be underlined (which is not a pb for English).
It would be nice if it could be in a xul file more classical accesskey imho smile.gif
