But I'm wrong (?), I think

Hi Laeb,
When we spoke last time I told you "When will be time for Fx 1.5 I translate this new version. Now is this time! , but I have some remarks:
1. 2 phrases are in the options.xul file which should be in the easygestures.dtd file. I made this change and in the pl-PL folder this strings looks like these:

2. In the easygestures.dtd file I can't use

Why?? When I use, this codes corrupt this file and I don't see i.e list of languages and some position in the options dialog (menu pie).
3. I can't change to other language. When I try change language, extension corrupt easygestures.jar file and not work. I check on the new profile with Fx 1.5 RC3 en-US and pl-PL localization.
4. Tooltip boxes around pie are to small for Polish localization. For 8 position should be minimum labelwidth=480; and labeltextwidth=210;. For 10 position labelwidth = 590 and labeltextwidth=270.
5. In the options dialog all textboxes for pie menu are also to small. They should be '170px' instead '140px.
Point 4 and 5 I checked also with ru-RU localization and I saw the same problem.

As soon as you correct this bugs don't include my translation.

I released last version a little bit in a hurry and i agree that a few localizations are not complete.

Concerning point 1: i forgot to localize those two strings. I'll add them. Thanks

Concerning point 2: i don't know for now. I'll investigate. Can't you use single quotes instead ?

Concerning point 3: language change should be ok but if you unzip then zip again easygestures.jar file, you must not use compression otherwise language change function will not work. By the way, are you using eG on Linux ? There could be a problem with permissions on Linux.

Concerning point 4,5: can't you shorten the translated strings ? I want to keep the tooltips box as short as possible. Please try that. If this turns out impossible or too ugly, i'll think about making them a little bit longer. Let me know about that.

Ok, i won't include your translation untill you'll send me the right version.

In the Polish language haven't single quotes. We use double quotes. I can use singlee quotes, but translation dose not grammar properly.

I use Win XP Prof.SP2 and for unpack and pack, Total Commander with inner zip module. eG is first extension which I have problem with TC and compression. Which commpresion application program I should have use for this extension?
Concerning point 4: I tried wrote 'Otw. odn. w akt. karcie' instead <!ENTITY link.curTab "Otwórz odnośnik w aktywnej karcie"> but this short design can be unintelligible.
Concerning point 5: If phrase is longer than 140px, drop down button is going to right side and if phrase is too long I don't see this button.
Please, check design all translations.

- Using & #34; for double quotes does work. Try it.

- You can use any compression program to create eG jar file BUT don't compress the jar file otherwise the change language function won't work (in eG, the xpi file is compressed but not the jar file).

- Problem with drop down buttons in Options Dialog is now solved: sentences won't be cut.

- Tooltips won't change for now.

Do you want me to remove your translation from the upcoming eG 3.3 ?
