Hello Sonickydon!

QUOTE (Sonickydon @ Feb 21 2009, 15:15) *
There's a small layout issue i discovered during testing but i'm not entirely sure what's causing it.
The "close sidebar" button label does not display as expected on the sidebar header toolbar[...]

I can confirm this problem.

Normally you should not be able to enable the text labels. I think it makes not much sense to enable the labels on this small toolbar. That's why I only allow to set the icon size via the context menu. I assume you changed this via the toolbar customization dialog. However, thanks for reporting!

Hi eXXile,

QUOTE (eXXile @ Mar 21 2009, 06:16) *
But why you doesn't use the WTS?

1. It is because there is a bug in the conversion of properties file. (especially, Japanese)
2. It is because the translator's additional registration and deletion cannot be freely done.
3. BabelZilla accepts the role as the point of contact of an author and the translator, but an errand is inconvenient for a translator.

Sorry!

For you (author), even if it is not a big problem, for a translator and users, it may become a big problem. smile.gif

Sorry for my late reply in this topic. I have requested to be a translator of your extension and have updated the translation. Also, here is the Vietnamese (vi) translation for AiOS descriptions on AMO.

PS: There is an about.dtd file, but where are those strings shown? (I tried to navigate around but couldn't find an About box).

According to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1027 the version number is 0.7.10 and not 0.7.9rc2 which is the name of this topic and is the version that is downloaded from http://www.babelzilla.org/index.php?option...&language=2 . Not so fun when I realized that and had to retest the translation.

Please excuse me for the inconvenience caused, but I only upload new versions if there has been changes of the language files. There were no changes between 0.7.9 and 0.7.10, so there was no need for an update.

Best regards,
Ingo

Updated AMO strings for AIOS in the attachment.
I think that now you can add localizers in AMO so you wont have to manage the translation of the strings there.

Mmh, I don't think that this is possible. Where did you see that?

I thought it was 242 characters, do they count blank spaces too? if so, you can use:

Το All-in-One Sidebar προσφέρει το άνοιγμα και την εναλλαγή διαλόγων σε πλευρική στήλη. Βάζει έτσι τέλος στο χάος διαφόρων διαλόγων αφού ανοίγει σε πλευρική στήλη σχεδόν όλους τους διαλόγους του περιηγητή.

Should i also change the about.desc string to that scheme?

Uhmm, i've translated AMO for my language, as far as i remember, you can add people to the developer group and specify which actions they have permission to execute.

No. There are only three possible roles without detailed settings:
  • Owner - Can manage all aspects of the add-on listing, including adding and removing other authors.
  • Developer - Can manage all aspects of the add-on listing, except for adding and removing other authors.
  • Viewer - Can view add-on developer listing and statistics, but can't make any changes.

But there is no chance to edit which settings the user is allowed to change. sad.gif
