I'd like to help translating to it, but when I tried with one string, I click Save and my firefox 30 stay in forever loading ... and strings are not saved.

Is there a trick or something I must do before start translating?

You would first have to register as translator, the WTS is no crowd translation service. If you would like to be added to a translation team or take over a translation, go to the locale for which you would like to contribute (you did not specify it in your profile, otherwise I could refer you to the correct page) and register or join (in case the translation is opened to other translators). If you cannot join but would nevertheless like to contribute, please contact the team manager by PM.

OK, in that case: l0stintranslation is the locale team leader for Firebug. Since he is an active contributor, I have not opened up the locale. I would advise to contact him via PM (open profile and click ‘Send Message’), asking to be added to the team. I expect you will receive a quick response, so you should have clarity soon enough. Given the amount of untranslated strings I suspect he will welcome your contribution, but that’s just my five cents
