babelzilla seems to rock wink.gif

Anyone here knows how to be able to test the localized extension?

I downloaded my language-files and copied the directory "de-DE" (for the german lang.) into the .xpi-file - to be exactly, into the folder "chrome\locale\tabletools\". In the chrome-directory there is also a .jar-file named tabletools.jar - there I also copied the "de-DE" folder (into "locale\tabletools").
I thought this should work - but it didn't - as I reinstalled tabletools with the new .xpi all the options were still in english.

What have I done wrong?

BTW, a firefox extension named "Quick Locale Switcher" allowed quick locale switching/testing. (it's not really helpful for your particular question, Downlord, but it helps a lot when I test out my own Chinese translation since my FF/OS is english version. Thus I can test your locale too).

pt-BR locale's done smile.gif

Had to alter install.rdf to test it in FF 2.0 official release, and the extension worked very well. It seems to be safe to officially include 2.0.* as maxversion for this extension.

Gonna keep this extension installed here... It'll be specially useful with google/gmail's view xls as html feature - it's now possible to do some sorting / filtering on those spreadsheet files without downloading and opening them in a full featured program. And the copy as tabbed text feature is awesome, thanks a lot Liu!
