Shal we translate the contents.rdf file as well. (I mean may it cause a compatibility problem if I modify it)
If it is all right I am planning to finish and send it in 10 mins. (I have just finished the other two, and waiting for assistance for the last) İf you are online can you please inform me? (and I can not edit the last file online; I downloaded it, how can I upload after editing)

In first place, welcome! biggrin.gif

You may find short and simple generic Questions & Answers inherent to the WTS here.
In this case, that one which can be more helpful al the moment is the "What kind of files can be parsed and translated through the WTS ?" Question. smile.gif

Just change the locale in the contents.rdf file to the appropriate value (tr-TR instead of en-US). There are several places where this must change, if I remember correctly. Thanks for your help!

In an unrelated note, I still need help with the Danish locale for 4.1 (da-DK). It is inaccurately shown as 100% in the WTS, but there are a number of English strings that need to be translated. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks. smile.gif I'll try.

I think I have completed it. Now I'm changing the status to "released". Can you check if it is OK. (It is my first attempt, I just want to be sure of the process.)

I'll create a new 4.1 package when I get home and send it to you for you to test out (I'm kinda new to all of this as well). Thanks for all your help!

tr-TR is ready to serve smile.gif I have just gone over the translation and it is OK. Now you can set it as final, and can you please send me this final version in the same way. It will be one of which I use in Firefox. If you have other extensions to translate, please inform me.

Just a note that I am still in need of a translator for the Danish (da-DK) locale. There are a few new strings in version 4.1 that need translating ... my guess is that it will take on the order of 10 minutes to complete.

This is the only thing holding up the release of version 4.1. I would like to release it this weekend (5-13), if at all possible.

If necessary, I will release 4.1 with an incomplete Danish translation, because several of the bug fixes in 4.1 are critical. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

smile.gif I have just sent a PM to AlleyKat on the Danish side to see if he can help.

In case there is no possibility to get the missing lines before your deadline, you can add english strings in the Danish file, it is harmless, though not sad.gif satisfactory ...

That's actually what I have now, Goofy. The English strings are in the Danish translation, just as a placeholder (so users don't get any missing entity errors).

As it appears AlleyKat hasn't called in yet. I've just joined BabelZilla as Danish translator. Is there any way I can help? According to the WTS the extension is already assigned to someone else so what do I do?
Please excuse my noobiness - I am better at translating smile.gif

ops.gif !!! Sorry, when I got the note (and got around to read it) I immediately connected to the WTS, registered as translator and corrected the strings. I should have read the posts first... SORRY!

Updated, edited danish has been released, but I will be adding Lhademmor and see if I can pull my own butt out of the deal. laugh.gif
Best regards / Med venlig hilsen,

Version 4.1.1 doesn't add any new strings ... I'm just updating it so that the WTS picks up the Catalan locale. It was previously identified as ca-ES but should have been ca-AD.

I just entered the new system and verified the es-ES translation; I have updated it and marked it as "released", not sure if this is correct or I should leave it as "testing". I downloaded and patched my changes and it works OK, as far as I can see.
