Hi markh,
I don't know how did you find it, but thank you very much for that.
Now I have another problem. I got this message "Sorry, but locales for he-IL already exists. Click here to open it anyway". The original translator is gone, I can't touch anything or change somthing there.
Do you know how can I re-register NoScript to update the translation?
Thanks again.

i had same problem(i wrote to extension author and he added me to translators). imho by default WTS option "Other members can join the team" should be checked.

This is controversial, at the moment we do prefer there is no total crowd-translation but let the first "main" translator or the developer decide if/when additional translmators are needed

ok, then add rule "if inactive 4 weeks, translation becomes open to everyone" then dropped translations still can be translated.
in other translation sites(eg. launchpad.net , transifex.net , l10n.gnome.org ) there is a users hierarchy, one of few users are "validators/maintainers" they have full access to translation and other are only translators and they have limited access. so why babelzilla can't have same system?

+1 (but maybe after a longer duration: 3 months - 6 months - 1 year; depending on the release frequency)
