I got the script put together on our site to deliver the translated sentence based on whether the post has a translation for the user's browser or not.

Thanks xmoke! Testing the 3 I have so far the script is working great! I tried visiting a page that doesn't have a Simplified Chinese translation available (this one) and the Simplified Chinese shows perfectly if you are in a browser that has it's default language set as Simplified Chinese.
