Sorry for the haste, but I would like to release the new version within this week, best within the next days.
A bug prevents keyboard shortcuts using keycodes (e.g. the return/enter key) to work on Firefox RC1 and I would like to release the fixed new version pretty soon.
As ever I will use the english strings for locales not updated in time and release updates once the missing locales have been finished.

I uploaded a second preview version with the following additional changes:
- Added code to automatically install the toolbar button.
- Added option to hide/display the toolbar button.
- Added option to hide/display the toolbar button menu.
- Added middle mouse button functionality - filling out forms with a selected profile.

I plan to release the next version pretty soon to fix the keyboard shortcut bug described in my last post.
As ever I will use the english strings for locales not updated in time and release updates once the missing locales have been finished.

I can't figure when it is shown the entity

contextMenuMore=More...

I suppose it could be located in context menu of a form field, under the label Fill out this field
if there is no enough space to show all options.

It is right?
