change wings back to classical style
Which wings does it refer to ?
Like bird's wings.
E.g. on German bookcrossing forum you see many usernames have wings. Some have wings that don't look like wings and BC meanwhile calls the wings feature "Members plus" now but for historical and tongue-in-cheek reasons I stick to "wings" for now.
uhm, this one's obsolete, too. Meanwhile they have that feature included in site functionality...QUOTE
Compact Shelf View
Is it some kind of virtual bookshelf?
Yes, like this: ardik's AVLs
A major part of BCH (Bookcrossing Helpers) acts on these pages. Most of BCH's rest acts on the forum pages.

only 'ot' in brackets
Does ot stands for "Off topic" or anything else?
Yes. Rather leave it like that. You'll find examples of its use on the French BC forum, too.

BX currently has DST
BX probably stands for bookcrossing I suppose, but what is DST- Daylight Saving Time ?
Correct.
