Thanks. Do you mind if I only use es-ES? Both your translations are exaclty the same (y me parece un poco arbitrario de poner Argentina como representante de América Latina entera wink.gif ).

I believe that's entirely up to you wink.gif . As far as I know, es-AR is supossed to represent all Latin America even if not politically correct. The es-ES version of Firefox is probably more popular, anyway, as it is the one promoted at Mozilla Europe.

I've released the Dutch locale based on the fact that there's very little lines to translate, but is there a way to test functionality?

To test the functionality, just install Crash Recovery, restart Firefox, surf a little, kill Firefox (on Windows through Ctrl+Alt+Del -> Task Manager -> Processes -> firefox.exe -> End Process) and then run it again. At startup you should then get a dialog containing your translation.

Ok thanks, did that. Works fine, but a word of advice: either show the dialog popup a little longer or make it wait until clicked upon; I feel it is shown a little too short.

The confirmation dialog should not be automatically dismissed at all. Are you sure you didn't accidentally hit Space/Enter or clicked it before it went away?

Yes, I'm sure. I hardly had time to read it, let alone find a button to click on or tap a keystroke. It could be a conflict with another extension though, since I tested on my test profile, which also has a lot of other extensions installed for test purposes. I'll test it again on a clean profile.

Well, with a clean profile it works flawlessly. Must be an interaction with another extension then; I'll try to find out which but that could take a while.

FYI: With the inclusion of Crash Recovery into Firefox 2, I've discontinued this extension. Feel free to publish a repackaged version including your locale for your local community though.

I'm sorry that you put your efforts into translating this extension, but the developer has posted a message that the extension is dead (for good reasons)... It will therefore not be published in any new version, but you can use it for your good self. wink.gif
