Hi

Spanish locales (es-ES & es-AR) are in testing status now.

Please look this:

dragdropupload.properties
IPB Image
(Thanks for that)

Extensions Manager
IPB Image

Maybe you do forgot to include:
"defaults" folder inside XPI root
"preferences" folder inside defaults folder
"prefs.js" file inside preferences folder
?

Greetings.

I'm sorry if you can't understand me ops.gif

I agree with above comment, the same occurs in the Dutch localization (which is being tested right now). Also, when starting the Dragdrop sidebar there is an error message, which I have attached in this post. Please look into this.

Other than that, the locale will be released.

What's new?
Waiting to update locales is needed?

Also, the sidebar is in English, probably relating to the above problem. Clicking 'Browse' generates an error message 'Invalid directory', followed by the same error message mentioned in my previous post.

I also got the update to 1.5.15, but do not see the difference. Creator's website cannot be reached. Since there clearly is a probem, I am putting it back on 'testing/QA' for the time being.

smile.gif thanks for notifying.
I have just sent a message to the dev who apparently removed the default folder before submitting, which explains why the description does not display localized. For the other bugs I don't know, need further investigation and the author's competence.

Is this extension dead? I don't see anything happening and there's no response from the author!

I translated it into German... at least partly. Things like "browser" or "drag drop" don't exist in German. Well you could translate it, but it's just not used. Therefore I kept the English original instead of making it ultra-long and un-understandable.

New version, but no new strings. Does this mean that the above issues (which have been existing for a pretty long time now) have been addressed?

Nope, I still get an error message and there is no localized description displayed. What was the reason of the update, other than removal of a couple of locales (you forgot to declare a lot of the locales in install.rdf)?

By the way, I re-registered the translators for Persian (Peidram Veisi) and Spanish (Argentina) (ZuGro) and uploaded their locales. I don't know who the other translators were, and German was not included in the xpi (sorry xeen).

Thanks markh wink.gif

I don't know who had summited the extension, but seem like the author do not have interest in translations for his extension sad.gif

Translations would had never included in the extension as well (never available an "international" version...)

Best regards.

@ sankazim

you have uploaded a new version and again removed all the existing locales while doing so. Please follow the instructions for uploading new versions!

Also, there have been lots of questions and complaints in this topic, which were seemingly never responded upon (I myself sent you a PM last year, which was never read). Please consider this, as this is not how a developer should treat contributors/translators/users angry.gif

*EDIT* translators, your files are NOT lost. They are inside the xpi!

I would like to thank you everybody for the contributions. I excuse myself because it is the first time that I am
reading this discussion board, and I think that only now I've received a personal message.

I will properly upload the extension immediately

Sorry again

Anxiously awaiting fixes of the reported problems, I have gone ahead, re-registered an updated the Dutch locale; it has been released cool.gif Thanks for responding so quickly!

@sankazim: please post a list of all previously registered translators here or send it to me by PM; when you have re-uploaded I will then be able to re-register the remaining translators (they will remain unregistered if the xpi is uploaded correctly next time).
