 In case you have some curiosities about the WTS, you may find here short and simple Questions&Answers about it! In case you're looking for some specific translator, please see the list of the available translators on BabelZilla. Selected that desired one, you may send him a P.M. or an e-mail (if and when public). You may also insert a new Topic in the Help Section, in order to ask for specific translations, to write a general request about missing translations, etc. ------- @Guys who will translate this extension: During the testing phase you will notice that the once pressed the chat button nothing will happen! Yeah I just fixed the sidebar, fixing it so that it loads the chat instead of errors.

Picked up the Dutch translation. A question though: why are all files present in duplicate?

I have released the Dutch translation after testing
 , but please be aware that the double files create difficulties in the tar.gz file; the html files are empty and so is the .properties file.I have had to download them individually and insert them into the jar before the translation actually worked

Hey! The files are fixed, but I was unregistered as translator and the translated files are gone!

Taking a second look, the files are NOT fixed. Only two files remain, both in duplicate. Please fix!

I can release Spanish locale, already completed even if only 67 % is showed (due to file duplication), but there are two issues:
* when clicking the icon still nothing happens as described by MIAO, so I couldnt open the sidebar and check the texts (but they should be OK, they are very similtar to Italian strings) EDITED: I discovered that Alt+G opens the Gabbly Chat sidebar, but the text is displayed in English. It looks like a extension bug, because the same thing happens with the Italian locale. * the extension works with Firefox 1.5.0.6 in Windows, but completely disables Firefox in Linux for me (Ubuntu 6.06 Firefox 1.5.0.5 Ubuntu version); Firefox does not start so I had to open it in safe mode and unistall the extension (tested twice). Could be some problem related to my profile - Linux distro configuration, or a general problem in Linux. Has somebody tested the extension in Linux? |

I COULD release the Dutch locale, but please take a look at the attached: the text in the sidebar is still in English, although the options Window is in Dutch. Looks like a bug in the extension, as urko mentioned.

 Same probs on the french side when testing.1. Double useless dtd file in the submission 2. The english messages are displayed in the sidebar because there is a content/index.html file which is not yet localized and includes the welcome messages. Please localize it! 3. The gabbly chat when triggered seems to run loose without effective chat function. Does theis "gabbly sidebar" extension needs the "gabbly" extension to run as complementary ? Please clear our doubts. ThAnks in advance

Alright, I finally updated this extension so locales are easier to write now, and they work.
And development on the extension has started again. Sorry if this has caused any annoyance. |

Yes it is. I uploaded the properties file later but I didn't want to update the complete extension as that would be more annoying to redo everything.

Dutch locale updated and released. Please note that the description file is not included in the tar.gz file when downloading it from WTS, and inserting the file manually into the xpi locale folder does not trigger the description to be displayed in the localized version.
