smile.gif hello ! here is the fr-FR (french) locale.

- I tested it successfully on FF 1.5b2, but noticed there was no localized description. Maybe you could add it for the next release ? Thanks !

To do so, I would just have to include my DTD in install.rdf and then use an entity, right?

If so, I'll call it stylish.description in stylish.dtd, if people want to include it in advance.

dry.gif smile.gif No... Just follow the link provided by MatrixIsAllOver or this one (same trick with simple howto) : http://goofy37.perso...olocdescEn.html

Since you seem Ok to do it, I attach here a version with already localized description in the french locale, just like MatrixIsAllOver with the italian one smile.gif

The Italian one should be "it-IT" and not just "it", right?

And you guys don't want credit for doing this, or what?

I personally don't care much for "credits", it is your extension. My pleasure is to help making it known.

The new "it" is the choice of MoFo for the new FF & TB builds smile.gif
Previous builds -> http://ftp.mozilla.o.../1.0/win32/xpi/
New builds (Deer Park and higher) -> http://ftp.mozilla.o...0n/windows-xpi/

So, I simply adapted the folder name, 'cause your extension is working on Deer Park and higher only ! wink.gif

Same situation for me too biggrin.gif
Thanks

[Doubt]
Maybe did you mean "collaboration for the translation"? In this case the use of the nickname is perfect, for me !

I was just thinking I'd credit you guys in the locale files that you'd translated, not in the actual "Contributors" field in install.rdf.

I'll add translator names in the localized files. If you want your real name put there, you'll have to tell me it. Thanks a bunch everyone.

Thanks ! smile.gif

If you want the extension to work for every locale included, you should add one line per locale in the chrome manifest file
(just like the en-US one)
CODE
locale stylish en-US jar:chrome/Stylish.jar!/locale/en-US/

and as Miao suggested, "fr-FR" must become "fr" in this line and of course for the folder's name.

Unfortunately, I've sent my laptop in for repairs and can't do it myself. If someone could do it for me, that'd be great.

What's the reasoning behind fr instead of fr-FR and it instead it-IT?

Yeah, go ahead and do it. Keep in mind, though, I'm not looking for 0.1 + localizations; I'm looking for 0.1.1 fixed. 0.1.1 includes things other than the localizations.

Ok !
Of course, I'll upload the new version containing our localizations and your last improvements of the code cool.gif

@chuzo-> I noticed that there wasn't the Spanish description of the extension tongue.gif
Please, may you translate the following phrase, thus I add it?
wink.gif
CODE
Customize the look of websites and of the user inferface

Many thanks in advance

Ok, Spanish translation:

"Permite personalizar la apariencia de las páginas y la interfaz de usuario"

In the .properties file it should be:

CODE
Permite personalizar la apariencia de las p\u00E1ginas y la interfaz de usuario

Thanks smile.gif
