Ughhh...
I am unable to test the extension... I am running Thunderbird 2.0.0.21 on Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04 amd64. If the extension is enabled Thunderbird hangs in the background with no visual appearance. Running from console I get: CODE (gecko:5517): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_container_foreach: assertion `GTK_IS_CONTAINER (container)' failed IMMG NOT NULL: 0xf37e60 (gecko:5517): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_menu_shell_insert: assertion `GTK_IS_MENU_SHELL (menu_shell)' failed HIDING HANDLER LIST COUNT 0 IMMG NOT NULL: 0xf37e60 (gecko:5517): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_menu_shell_insert: assertion `GTK_IS_MENU_SHELL (menu_shell)' failed HIDING HANDLER LIST COUNT 0 Maybe the 64Bit .so is missing? Follow-up: I tried version 0.2.1 from the Google Code site and got a crash on startup: CODE The program 'gecko' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program. The error was 'BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)'. (Details: serial 3464 error_code 3 request_code 3 minor_code 0) (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously; that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it. To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.) |

Running from console I get: I think the problem is caused by the "appinit" test popup I forgot to remove before sending the extension to the WTS. Please try version 0.2.2 from the download area or try to disable the start minimized option. |
