Options include: using keyhole arrows; turning off gradient backgrounds; turning off rounded borders; and turning on chiseled toolbar dividers. Requires the theme Classic Compact v4.0.10 or higher.  French update is in progress, while testing I found the Options dialog should be resizeable to content, because we are generally more verbose in French (and some other languages as well) than in Englishsee screenshot
