I upload new locale data. Corresponding XPI file is available on following bitbuket download site:

confmania-1.14.2011010801-experimental(sv-locale-does-not-work).xpi

Note that:
  • sv locale does not work. (Some trouble seems to occur on Security panel and UI panel)
  • Some translation texts (security.privacy.history.*) are flashed.

I'm going to fix the sv locale issue...
