Russian locale has been released on WTS, but unfortunately I can not change its status - WTS produces the message "You have no rights to do this!". What to do?

Ouch I was wrong.
 I CAN change the extension name without interfering with the dev’s account, so I did. Problem is solved now.@tito: please do not use the tilde ~ in future updates. -------------------- |

That wont be a problem, I need to submit the extension again?

The locale country code for Swedish in Mozilla applications is still sv-SE, and not just sv. See the Mozilla Web localization Dashboard for reference.

My worry was that it wouldn't work, but since you have tested it with success there is no need to use the sv-SE locale.
