Hi David,
It seems that the check on the minimum number allowed does not trigger the message as expected: I configured 1 in the box and did not get the message QUOTE Maximum permitted non-BCC'ed recipients must be >= 2 Is it OK? Thanks, bye

Added - found the issue and updated the MDN tutorial on this subject to reflect this. I have attached a .xpi 3.0.2 which fixes this. No changes to localizations. Thanks!
