 Keep get "Couldn't get manifest data - Process stopped" for an existing ext. with minimal change |

I've updated my extension "Double Click Closes Tab" a number of times, most recently less than a month ago, without any problem. But today, after minimal changes, I uploaded a new version to Babelzilla but it kept giving me "Couldn't get manifest data - Process stopped" error. Would someone please take a look? The manifest file is in package and it works fine.
The ext. is attached.

Just found out why - when I change description in install.rdf, I used an "&" in description that caused trouble. After removing it, everything worked fine now. So all's good, please disregard the question.
