No need to test it.
It's the same problem as in the last version.  I've sent you (extenzilla) two mails with a new locale for the 0.2.3 release and asked you to change the files. You've said, you change it in the next release. Now you have used the same wrong locale... Here are the right files (without contents.rdf)
