Thanks for the localized description

Italian updated localization is ready, and it can be grabbed as usual
from the WTS
Thanks for the Spanish translation! chuzo, are you interested to translate my other extension SearchBox Sync?
Thanks for the update MatrixIsAllOver. A question, is it if after I integrate the translation, I send a new version of the XPI? Because I see that the translation becomes "In progress". Does this makes the translation in your todo list? (If so, sorry!)

Of course

I have just registered as official translator, es-ES translation will be finished in the next days, do you have any deadline for the translations?

That's natural, don't worry
When you upload a new version, the WTS reset the status to 'in progress', but I know if the translation is already complete or not

It isn't a disturbance change the status, but it could be a good idea
(if the extensions contain locales already complete, the WTS could register those as 'Released') !

Please, feel free to propose this idea/improvement in this section ->
WTS - Bugs/Improvements/RequestsThanks in advance

cs-CZ / Czech
zh-TW / Chinese (Traditional)
ca-AD / Catalan
and maybe pt-BR / Portuguese (Brazilian)

Oops, I see teo already did the translation in the past but I have registered as the translator because there was a vacancy and I didn't read the topic before so I didn't know this. Maybe he should remain the translator if he wants to?

Send him a PM and we'll sort it out
All previous locales have been included in the xpi, however the denomination is incorrect for BabelZilla and most of them have been commented out in chrome.manifest. Therefore they seem to have disappeared from the WTS. Please list all translators here and they will be re-registered and the files re-uploaded. And please follow the
instructions for updating an extension!

The author of the extension being French I have given a look at his own French version and the meaning is your #2 guess :
litterally "(adding) more "fast" button for search"
Also note that this extension seems now obsolete, the author has not updated it since 3 years now. It is recommended to have a look at the last edition date as mentionned on top post of the topic in order to avoid useless work.
