@menet : what you mention about the error displayed is not related to the extension I think but to the server (it also happens from time to time with the link on the site "View new posts". As you can read in the board message itself, it is just that there is sometimes NO new message to display (whether it is throughout the extension or not)

No Goofy, i am not sure.
If i select another link to go on the forum site, it takes in account the fact that I am on the site at this time.
So when I use the View New posts link, it replies with this bad message page because there is no new messages since the previous seconds (when i select to go in another pages on the site).

I have repackage your es-ES locale in the extension an tested it with es-ES useragent and cannot see any problem.
please test the attached version and tell me if there is still anything wrong.

je ne comprends pas trop : le message d'erreur chez moi survient de temps à autres lorsqu'il n'y a pas de nouveau message à afficher (à mon avis, le serveur rejette un trop grand nombre de demandes répétées), mais que l'on passe par l'extension ou non ne change rien à l'affaire (l'adresse dans l'extension est la bonne, mais elle aterrit quelquefois sur une absence de réponse)

The BabelZilla Menu button does not appear at first start. You must drag and drop it from the View>Toolbars>Customize window ... to one of your toolbars.

at last, the extension works. I'm not sure, but i think they have a problem in the install. I reinstall 3 or 4 times, and then, the button appears!!!

I have suggestion about BabelZilla Menu button. I propose, left click on this button should open prefered and adjusted by user in the optios window action. Right click or click on the triangle should open drop down menu with all options.

I suppose that this problem comes also if we have asked to see the BabelZilla Home Page / Page d'accueil de BabelZilla just before asking to see the Latest Posts page.

I have gone on the BabelZilla Home Page to see WTC latest and Latest submissions which i don't know if they can be found in a specific page !!!
Do pages exist to see only that and that will also show the submission dates ?

There is small problem with 'About' window, maybe

First, I had several tabs opened in Firefox.
Then I opened Extensions window (in tab) and BabelZillaMenu 'About' window.
After one click on Goofy's name in that window all my tabs were wiped out!
There was only one blank tab in my Firefox

Can somebody verify that?

I even tried it on new, clean profile.
This is before and after clicking.
I made one mistake, new window is opened, old one is still there (but without it's button in taskbar - no I don't use 'Group similar taskbar buttons')

Bottom line is that I always have one Firefox window more than I need

Maybe I have Gremlins in my computer

I reproduce the same problem with Firefox 2.0 RC 1 and the last Tab Mix Plus Dev Build

EDIT : I reproduce the problem also with Firefox 1.5.0.7, but this time before Outlook comes, I have error messages from Back-Is-Close extension !

Yes it is "normal" since I use a window.open function to link to my mail address (as a good number of extensions I know). If you prefer, i will link to a webpage of mine for the next relesae, so you will have a new window opened will silly things about Goofy

I am not sure to understand your english (I suppose that you joke and will make a change in the codding), but it is not really 'normal' because we don't see the new Firefox window in the task bar !
Also like i have configurated TMP to work with only one window and several tabs, i should have a new tab not a new window that masks the previous one

1. I don't know how to do it
2. I have no time to investigate
3. I don't like tab browsing extensions I don't use them, I feel quite silly to waste 20 minutes to configure messy features just to spare 1 second next time I open one tab.

Of course feel free to patch the app as far as you want for your specific needs

I fixed the language code for es-AR at file babelzillamenu.dtd on BabelZillaMenu 0.1.5.3 (es-AR) because was incorrect.

Some russian users report, that last version of Babelzilla Menu has some missed strings in Russian locale. This bug appears on autoupdate, but version that I distribute ( http://people.mozilla-russia.org/stoneflas...1.5.3-fx+fl.xpi ) is good. Could you update ru-RU locale?

I just want to report a small irritating 'bug':
When opening the BZ-menu and choose an option with right-clicking the mouse, the wanted page is showed in a new tab, but the BZ-menu doesn't close automatically. I have to click somewhere on the page or the FF-window to close the BZ-menu.
Can you (or one of your co-developers) fix this?

Yes i know this problem. Though some people may consider interesting to have the possibility to trigger several adresses while the menu is not closed, I think it is a bit irritating, you are right. I cannot promise we will fix it soon but it is in the bugfix/wishlist. Thanks for your observations

@stoneflash & Hawksthorne : I apologize for this stupid action of mine (btw they are just GoofyMistakes ™ #1512 and 1513 ).
I know how it happened : I edited your locales to add a new entity for lang flag (a feature to come) and I used Pspad editor set to UTF-8. What encoding should I have used for Cyrillic ?
@ mikkis : it is not necessary to attach your locale here (unless there maybe some problem with the wts ?)

Is there a reason ? You had said "this mod will be integrated in the next release".

Have you tried my second proposition of the 4th October.
There is 2 modifications in about.xul to replace 2 window.open functions by a new function babel_open_about
and 2 new functions added in babelzillamenu.js used in the about.xul.
Then the 2 windows are opened in tabs of the opened Firefox current window.

Just two questions:
1) In the submenu of 'Web Translation System' in the main menu, there are no icons for the 4 menu entries. Is this on purpose or a mistake?
2) There is a france.gif in the skin\flag folder. I suppose that it is ment as an icon before the 'French Forum' menu entry. Is it possible to add/use other country flags gif's also? Maybe you can ask the developer of 'Quick Locale Switcher' if you may use the icons of this extension.

1. No icons up to now for the wts menu entries, efdur will probably work on that soon. If you have suggestions for 16*16 px icons, please post on this forum

2. Yes there will be one flag per forum, but it is work again for efdur, because each flag has to be set in the css file first... You can see that I have already added a special entity

to "localize" the css class ... So there will be an automatic change of flag matching with the locale when the time comes
