:D no please don't give up! It is probably you did not manage to re-pack correctly your translation in the extension before testing. It always happen to beginners because it is a little technical part.Just tell us at which point you stopped

I had stopped in "Browser => UserAgent" compiled and then tested the resulting t began to crashes in Firefox and then gave up. I am very weak in English and my version was the bad to worse. It was translated by Google Translator (this text is an example) and had several expressions that could not translate. The first-uploaded XPI file contained ja and en instead of ja-JP and en-US. After that, I renamed ja to ja-JP and do en to en-US. When a newer XPI file is uploaded, the older locales (i.e. ja and en) doesn't seem to be removed correctly.

That is due to a known but not yet fixed bug. I will remove lock the locales and lock them after the next update in order to prevent anyone from taking them.

I thought the community pt-BR was one of the greatest because I made three requests to the community and no one has yet appeared. If any of you know or have a friend of the community pt-BR, call him for help. As I said just above I'm not a good translator and I am here only to suggest.

But BabelZilla WTS generates wrong texts (character corruption).

• WTS generated DTD: <!ENTITY browser.html.img.resizing.label "Auf Fenstergröße anpassen">

It takes time to fix DTD texts hand by hand. I think it must be WTS's bug.

mmmh sorry for the inconvenience of fixing manually, but I am not convinced this is wts bug in this case because we have tons of German translations here throughout wts with special chars and this does not happen normally because the output of the WTS is always UTF-8.
May I ask if the German file you tested was not accidentally re-encoded some wrong way?

I re-open the DTD file with UTF-8, it was correctly shown. Thank you for your advice.

I checked the file again, I founded WTF yielded invalid DTD ("> is missing!) as follows:

After I only add "> in this line, the German locale works perfectly.

I uploaded a new XPI file here which contains the German locale.

Unfortunately, 1 problem occurs on WTF. Although I uploaded the XPI file which contains only "de" locale, "de-DE" locale is shown. "de-DE" locale is empty.

Could anyone remove/disable either "de-DE" or "de"?

Unfortunately you cannot make a explicit line-break. Because some label element are single-line.

This problem is very difficult. To solve this problem, I think I have to change "Browser" panel design.



When this option is enabled, only left click fire "onclick" JavaScript event.

But, this option does not work on my environment. Is this option deleted on current release!? If so, I will be delete this option.



First of all, "Accept instance" is typo. "Apply instance" is correct. I'll fix it.

When this option is enabled, the preference window apply immediately the user choices, without waiting for the window to close with "OK" button.

It is default behaviour of Mac and Gnome.



This setting is for add-on authors.

after lots of fine-tuning and testing, I just released German locale (de).
After I extended width to 60em the display troubles Atlanx mentioned above disappeared. Text-wrapping seems to work as well. Apparently you solved the problem, congratulations!
So far, everything seems to be ok. (Hopefully it stays that way! )

Found Bug under Ubuntu / Mint / Linux:

Browser > Surfing with tabs > show closing Button - Settings: are not working.

(in Tab Mix Plus the same settings are working)
(in Gui:Config 1.0 the same setting is not working too Bedienung > Verschiedenes > Schließen Schaltfläche)

hm... probably uncompatibility with Tab Mix Plus.......?

I reproduced tab issue. I added it to the issue list.
Simply speaking, both configuration mania and gui:config do not support Tab Mix Plus's own close button feature.

I updated again the locale en-US and I would suggest the creation of the "Import" button and "Export" to help create a backup of your Firefox settings in case of accidental loss.

Found new bug
Under MacOS it is not possible to reach all Settings in Browser>Pagesettings because no scrollbar get shown.

It seems to be my translation problem.

If this config is not checked, JavaScript can call window.focus() function to focus and bring to Top level. JavaScript can also call window.blur() function to remove window focus.

My new description : "Disable Requesting/Removing window focus"

Swedish locale (sv-SE) added and released, the angel heralds sing!

I updated the file pt-BR. I have a suggestion for simplifying the only version of this addon:decrease the the amount of characters of the next releases . Currently the version is 1.14.2010121801 and my version is 1.14.202 suggestive for users to easily know what is the latest version without confusion.

Forgot to mention that there is still one bug in the window of the extension and I think the problem is on the second line of each translation and I think if you remove this line can help with the problem of phrases that do not fit the windows and they are still small.

Could you tell me where the text (or something else?) is cut the bottom/right ??
Or are you Mac OS X user? I know some texts are cut on Mac.

• sv locale does not work. (Some trouble seems to occur on Security panel and UI panel)
• Some translation texts (security.privacy.history.*) are flashed.
