You have various possibility
1 adding terms and definition one by one when you have time
2 upload an already existing glossary (csv file)
3 have a clone of English-French glossary (1405 terms) and have the task of replacing French definitions with Romaninan ones

After s short test, I think that uploading a csv file should be the best option. Do you have a csv template file or one with fewer entries? I also need more details on how to upload.
