Italian [it-IT] translation for description (Text adapted for homogeneity to the method used in order to localize the other extensions )

You're right
The only doubt I have is if "tooltip" can be considered or not a "technical term"
On eXtenZilla we don't translate the technical terms if they aren't translated in FF / TB / etc! (Obviously!!!)
Just an example -> popup
So, I'm not sure at all if I can translate it or not
But I'll ask it

Just to say in french we translate it (infobulle or infoballon for newbies).
Don't know if it can help (is it really "technical" ???).

I updated the file, can you test if it is OK ?

I remember a discussion on extenzilla.org with Pedro about "default" and "predefinito".
I thought "default" should not be translated Pedro prefers "predefinito".

Maybe I must correct my mother language's extension messages.

Oups, sorry, I thought I had updated the file when I said that
Of course the question was whether my package was OK You should have got the file with all translations, including it-IT and es-ES.

And now I've a nasty bug and there is no file at all and I cannot put a new one

Don't worry
I downloaded the 'new' version, but when I opened it (I love to be precise, therefore I always control packages & files ) I noticed that there wasn't the it-IT & es-ES locales
So I added that one 'mine' , and it works fine!

May I help you in some other way?

Now you can link to it, and if you want you can even translate the page in your own language, I'll publish it

Well, I can't promise "when", but I'll do it!

But now there is a problem: I downloaded the new version from your linked site, I installed it both on FF 1.6a1 (last build) and on FF D.P. 1.5 beta1 and... the description is and remains only in French language
I tested it using both fresh profiles and existing profiles

Please, someone can verify/confirm (or not) this strange behaviour?

Hi again

I've found the error (or I think it ) Problem is chrome.manifest format.

Instead of:
locale longtitle es-ES jar:chrome/es-ES/longtitle/

lines must be like this:
locale longtitle es-ES jar:chrome/longtitle.jar!/locale/es-ES/longtitle/

I attach modified chrome.manifest. Using it all seems to be Ok

I also have do it!
I've replaced all the lines with that following one locale longtitle xx-XX jar:chrome/longtitle.jar!/locale/xx-XX/longtitle/ and now it works!
