Cookie Controller is missing a German translator?

I don't know if emails aren't getting through, or if the translator can't do these any more, but the German strings in Cookie Controller are no longer getting updated. I would be grateful if anyone can take a look at this since it is the most popular non-English locale for this addon.

The latest release has one new string and I think there are a handful from the previous release which I filled with the English string.
