@milupo: Crowdin support says that they fixed the small screen sizes issue - the fix will be on their production site in two days.

Thank you, Wladimir. Yet another question: Is there a feature to inform you that a translation is complete? Or do you get an information automatically?

Regards,

Michael

@milupo: Frankly, I don't need this notification. I'll simply import translations before releasing (usually also a bunch of times before that to get translations into the development builds) - and then the translation is either complete or it isn't.

I've only been using this notification to verify translations and notify translators if there are issues - that's something I'll hopefully be able to automate with Crowdin however.

Crowdin support says that their JSON files should become human-readable before end of this week.

@milupo: I only noticed now - Crowdin actually allows Upper Sorbian and Lower Sorbian already. They simply had them under the language codes hsb-DE and dsb-DE rather than hsb and dsb. I've set them up for the Customizations project.

Hello Wladimir. Thank you for your information. Fine, I will translate CAP into these languages. hsb-DE and dsb-DE are unnecessary because there are no Upper Sorbian resp. Lower Sorbian dialects out of Germany. It doesn't make any difference if hsb-de/dsb-DE or simply hsb/dsb is used.

fixed one problem, created another:) now in JSOn file not latin letters are converted to unicode symbol number, in Lithuanian it's not very bad "Algimantas Margevičius", but eg. in Russian(or any other language which use not latin leters): "Различные дополнительные настройки для пользовательского интерфейса Adblock Plus."

Adblock Plus for Chrome is now being translated on Crowdin, feel free to join the project: http://crowdin.net/project/adblockpluschrome. I will set up Adblock Plus for Firefox there as well soon.

The Adblock Plus user interface on Chrome is currently different from Adblock Plus for Firefox. The strings that are shared between Chrome and Firefox aren't part of this translation project, only the strings unique to Adblock Plus for Chrome.

Hi everybody, a while ago I announced that Adblock Plus translations will soon move to a different platform: http://www.babelzilla.org/forum/index.php?...ost&p=63100. This time has come, Adblock Plus can now be translated under http://crowdin.net/project/adblockplus/. Crowdin will hopefully ensure a less complicated and less buggy translation experience. I would very much appreciate it if you would register on crowdin.net and continue contributing.

I currently have two more translation projects on Crowdin: Adblock Plus for Chrome (http://crowdin.net/project/adblockpluschrome/) and Customizations for Adblock Plus (http://crowdin.net/project/abpcustomization/), I would appreciate some help with those as well. Element Hiding Helper for Adblock Plus and JavaScript Deobfuscator (both currently on Babelzilla) will be added to Crowdin shortly.

Thank you,
Wladimir

I don't like that crowdin interface one bit.
You can't see the context of all strings. This makes it a pain to see which accesskey belongs to which label for instance...

The context is being displayed - right below the original string. Still, I also noticed that access keys are an issue (they are actually quite problematic on Babelzilla as well). So in future we will probably merge the access key with its label before uploading strings to Crowdin.

Ok, I suggested translation for the missing Greek strings. What next? How the get approved?

One more thing. In growdin, I can't find a group (for discussion) for the whole project, just for the specific language. Am I missing something?

Yes, the context is displayed, but you have to search the strings to find the corresponding context, because they are not listed like they were in babelzilla...

Another problem with crowdin:
I cannot translate typo.properties the string urlfixer.isItCorrect.
As soon as I type about 10 characters, the Commit Translation button disappears!?@
