W e l c o m e ! biggrin.gif

Now translators will add their locales on the WTS and you will be notified automatically.

In case you have some curiosities about the WTS, you may find here short and simple Questions&Answers about it!

In case you're looking for some specific translator, please see the list of the available translators on BabelZilla.
Selected that desired one, you may send him a P.M. or an e-mail (if and when public).

You may also insert a new Topic in the Help Section, in order to ask for specific translations, to write a general request about missing translations, etc.

smile.gif well in proper English rolleyes.gif it should be "abscissa" and "ordinate" (something like abscis & ordinaat for Dutch ?)

OK. I'm not a mathematician, hence the ignorance. To make it short: Abscis is the x-coordinate, and Ordinate the y-coordinate. For those who were wondering as well tongue.gif

Oh and Goofy, you were spot on with the Dutch words biggrin.gif

Dutch locale added and released cool.gif. I have a couple of remarks:
- Please localize the description!
- There is some untranslated text in the CSS sidebar, in the 'Position' tab:
[attachmentid=2137]
- The 'Texts' and 'Special functions' dropdown menu presents me with some unreadable text. It might have to do with the theme I use, but please look at it:
[attachmentid=2138][attachmentid=2139]

Great extension!

Thank you, i never imagined that the first translations will be so quickly added ! Does the user have to come here to download it or i must to build the extension ?

ops.gif It will be modified in the future version, thanks for help me improve the BBComposer.

Ok, i'll try to do it for the next version.

The BBComposer 5.3 will arrive in a few weeks. It will not be a problem for localization because it will essentialy be some technical modifications (hreflang attribute will be fill with every world languages (languagesProperties.properties FF file), the bugs you related me here will be fixed, a more user friendly interface (menulist instead of menu button for block changes (ul2p, h12dl etc...) will be done.

Do not hesitate to tell me what you would like to have in the BBComposer but don't forget i'm french and i do not understand too complicated english wink.gif

It's my fault, in my Firefox, i don't see icons for dropdown lists. So i could'nt see it. But it's "normal" beauce i defined the "toolbar-buttons class" for them.

Just pick up the translations, modify your xpi accordingly (don't forget chrome.manifest and/or install.rdf) and submit to the Mozilla Addons site. Common users will not go to BabelZilla to pick up the locale they need and put it in the xpi themselves.

Here is a great description of how to do it (in French).

I've a problem with the description localization. I did what the tutorial say to do but it doesn't run. Can the id of the bbcomposer be the source of the problem (it is : bbcomposer_at_elitwork.com) ?

Dans ce cas tu dois avoir :

pref("extensions.bbcomposer@elitwork.com.description","chrome://tournicoti/locale/tournicoti.properties");

I'm going to submit the BBcomposer with special arrangements for Babelzilla translators.

Edit : There were a problem when adding the new version, the old version disappears so it is impossible for me to transfert the local files. Is there a way to do it ?

Yes the new version overrides the previous one. But please read this
http://www.babelzilla.org/index.php?option...9&Itemid=25
and submit the new version with all already existing locales included. Thanks smile.gif

Hi all, and sorry, I don't know if it is just a problem of mine, but I can't figure out some of the features. I tried on several profiles, in several forums (including Babelzilla) which - I think - should implement BBCode.

In the image there is a part of the extension's toolbar.
The controls are, left to right:

- "Mark as strong": change the text to bold
- "Add an emphasis": change the text to underlined
- "Add quotes": turns the text into someone elses' quotation
- "Add a reference to an author or a book": change the text to italic
- "Mark as deleted text": I think this should makes the test like this: test test test (can't recall the right word, sorry), but it produces a tag <del> </del> which remains uninterpreted
- "Mark as a definition": it is disabled

Firefox version is:

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; it; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061208 Firefox/2.0.0.1

Thanks for your attention. Bye.

P.S. What difference between "unordered list" and "definition list"?

It's a bug and thank you for discovering this important bug that i'll patch today.

A definition list is a list where you can add 2 sort of items. An item that can be considered as a "title" and another that can be considered as a description.

But BBCode only supports unordered list, so, i did is a convertion of "title" items to items with a text size bigger.

The definition button is disabled because in bbcodes there's no way to convert this HTML tag (<dfn>).

Thank you again for helping me !

I did a new upload of the BBComposer with the bugs resolved. I included all translations in the new XPI on the BBComposer website and it's pending approval on addons.mozilla.org
