Could a benevolent mod (or eq.) open this extension for Swedish translators? For the moment it is locked and labelled as "Not available".

So the translation I provided is: AAAA-MM-DD. But as you know probably, the date format in French language is this one : JJ-MM-AAAA. Should I respect the French format or not?

In my opinion you must keep AAAA-MM-DD, because vCards use iso8601 date format, that is YYYY-MM-DD.
Those strings are about a preference that gives the user, for compatibility reasons, 2 choices: YYYY-MM-DD (with dash) or YYYYMMDD (without dash).

OK, then I can leave the translation as it is ;)

<checkbox id="useGlobalEmail" label="Add also entry with multiple addresses in autocomplete" />

"Search" in the last tab of the address book card for a contact.

Fr Translation
  • Add also entry with multiple addresses in autocomplete » Ajouter également une entrée d'adresses multiples dans l'autocomplétion (not sure for that, should be validated by Goofy ;) ...)
  • "Search" » "Rechercher"

The "[…] in the last tab of the address book card for a contact" part was just descriptive, so the author knows where the "Search" button is. So Rechercher will suffice. smile.gif

I had some trouble testing the Finnish locale. It appears that the locale declaration in chrome.manifest points to jar:chrome/morecols.jar!/locale/fi-FI/morecols/, which does not exist. The correct location is jar:chrome/morecols.jar!/locale/fi/morecols/.

Morjens (ja moi),

Good find! And good that you reported it.

If you haven't tested your locale (but I suspect you have, you seem pretty tech-savvy), you can always
either edit the chrome.manifest or simply rename the Finnish locale folder in the JAR-archive to
correspond with the code string in the manifest file.

No, niin…

Näkemiin,
