@Strahinja
About your last version:
1. In the window based on 'prefwindow' between 'prefwindow' and 'prefpane' CAN NOT be any elements, even is only one 'prefpane'. If exists any element, you can see strange behavior. This is known Firefox bug. Scripts MUST BE placed after all 'prefpanes' or inside 'prefpane' if refer only to this prefpane. All another elements MUST be placed after all 'prefpanes'. If in the 'prefwindow is only one 'prefpane' toolbar isn't displayed, so label for title is redundant. I left it , maybe will be next 'prefpane' smile.gif, but "Extended Statusbar Settings' as toolbar name is too long. Commonly is used very short name.
2. About extension structure. Mozilla Development recommends place all pictures and css files in the 'skin' folder, XUL, XML and JS files in the 'content' folder and language files in the 'locale' folder. For what in the 'colorPicker' are language files if scripts calling to 'locale' folder?

I know this smile.gif but I have done this for portability, so the color picker can be copy-pasted into other extension and everything you need is in that folder. Sry I wont change this :(

Another extensions will be taken this folder from Extended Statusbar? If yes, that is OK, but if only for your development - you can have this on your hard drive instead in the extension. With recommended by Devmo structure, Extended Statusbar will be lighter.

It will be lighter, something like 2-3KB, and that's nothing smile.gif

I forgot about license. You can add to install.rdf something like 'Some elements like ..... are from...... under XXX license' instead included license inside files. ESB will be lighter also about 2-3KB. smile.gif 2-3KB from colorPicker + 2-3KB licenses and totaly ESB will be very light. smile.gif

Another one thing, please inform translators about changes inside phrases. They should check all phrases. For future, if you made any changes in the entity, you should remove these entities form each locale e.g if you change
CODE
<!ENTITY esb.usenewstyle "New Style (displays Extended Statusbar on top of Firefox's statusbar)">
to
CODE
<!ENTITY esb.usenewstyle "New Style">
all old entity should be removed from each locale. Also if you removed entity from default locale (en-US) this entity should be removed from each locale. Summary - If you changed even one character in the whole entity - this entity should be removed from each locale before upload to WTS.

Hi

Danish (da-DK) locale has been released. Here is the Danish text for the Danish AMO:

QUOTE
En statuslinje der viser indlæsningshastighed, procent, tid og indlæst størrelse (ligesom den i Opera)

QUOTE
Tilføjer en Opera-lignende statuslinje som viser:
- procentdel af siden som er indlæst,
- antal indlæste billeder,
- bytes downloaded,
- gennemsnitlig downloadhastighed,
- indlæsningstid.

Hi

There is also missing an access key for esb.options=ESB Options in extendedstatusbar.properties. The current O is not useful in all locales.
Could you explain the following two strings in extendedstatusbaroptions.dtd?
<!ENTITY esb.cursor "Cursor">
<!ENTITY esb.cursorback "Cursor back">

Joergen

I will add the missing access key.

Regarding the two transaltions, in the options, they can be seen when you press the "User your own style (advanced mode)" and here is what they mean:

Attached File  esb.jpg   93.91KB   6 downloads

So cursor is basically the same thing is Loaded Cursor (I will probably make those two the same) and Cursor back is the Loaded Cursor Background.

We will probably change the options dialog a little bit, but we will try to leave the same strings.

We will be making changes to the Options dialog more, so I will probably update the locals here during the weekend. I would recommend that you wait for the new update to translate all the strings. Sorry for the inconvenience.

G'day. I am Jason Hood, aka adoxa, taking over maintenance of Extended Statusbar. After switching to Basilisk, I also took the time to update ESB.
