Hi all,
I am author of addon https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/profilist/ it is still in development so I am not actively seeking translations right now. But i was looking for a community.

To start though I needed to translate the name "Profilist". It is a combintation of the the english "Profile" and appendix which indicates lover of. For instance, something that likes water is called "hydro-philic" if someone likes little kids they are a "pedo-phile" or if someone is a fan enthusiastic about something they are a "enthusi-ist". Along these lines can you please put the Japanese word for "Profile" used by Firefox which is "プロファイル" and attach it to a suffix that gives it a meaning of "fan of "プロファイル""?

I hope to continue to other languages.
I started the transifax project here: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/profilist/
Thank you!

Hi smile.gif
For the French it would be just "Profiliste" (very near to English because of common latin roots, just and aditional final E)

* also note that it is not usual to translate extension name to avoid confusion, i would not recommend it.

Think Global, Make Locales!

Sometimes I am on irc://moznet/BabelZilla
but you can also drop a word in the shoutbox
