You probably didn't notice yet, there is an issue with description.short - it is too long, addons.mozilla.org doesn't allow more than 250 characters.

ADP is an extension, and the French word "extension" is feminine, hence jojaba's choice is consistent imho.
Perhaps a more explicit form could be : « L'extension Adblock Plus est activée ». Jojaba will decide anyway.

When I download filters.dtd in the French locale it isn't properly encoded - most of the file is UTF-8 but in the string noSubscriptions.text there are two non-breaking spaces that have been encoded as A0 rather than C2 A0. Is that a Babelzilla bug or was this file uploaded this way?
