An important note to all translators:
The tidy messages in "tidy.properties" contain some masked entities in their descriptions, e.g. & or ' (see tidy_4: "unescaped & which should be written as &").
Unfortunately, WTS will convert these if you save your translation, resulting in a sentence like "unescaped & which should be written as &", which doesn't make much sense of course.
If there is no solution for this, I can edit this manually for all locales before sending them to author.

Thank you for locale. Yes, you are right, WTS converts this only when editing. I will keep this in mind to check locales before including them into official release.
