Could you describe what you did to integrate the locale?
1. Download the extension and unzip it
2. Download the sv-SE locale* and unzip it
3. Unzip the xpi and open the "general" locale folder
4. Copy paste the sv-SE locale folder inside the "general" locale folder, along with all other existing locales (btw : I did not even edit the da-DK locale)
5. Add the sv-SE line in the chrome.manifest file ( simply copy-paste the en-US locale line and change en-US for sv-SE)
6. re-zip the extension folders and files to get the .xpi back
