I've made a mistake while updating extension - I uploaded a file containing English equivalents for the untranslated strings, so now WTS cannot detect these strings as untranslated.

I tried to remove these strings myself and to upload a new version, but WTS keeps these strings anyway.

I look through the FAQ and forum, and I found that you have an ability to remove duplicate strings from the translations.

Can you please do a favor for me and delete such duplicate strings from all translations except English?

Please disregard my request. I think I've found a way to do it manually - I'm removing the unmodified strings manually from my Control Panel.
