Hungarian locale released.

Just one more:
in
content\bzgoverlay.xul
can you set as localizable the
menuitem id="context-item-bzglossary" label="BabelZilla Glossary"

Cashman

smile.gif Yes I can do that if you wish, but I think it is not necessary because we generally don't translate extension name itself. Do you wish that anyway ?

If it's the extension's name, so it's OK.
I think, that's just the name of BabelZilla Glossary, and not the ext. name.
(I wanna translate the 'Glossary' string).

smile.gif Allright, it is done. One string more to translate for most of you, thanks all!

Hungarian locale updated.
Some strings changed (the extension name so not changed).

...and thanx one more time.

Hello smile.gif I have set you as main translator for this extension.
Of course you cannot access to an English-Arabic glossary via the extension, because there is no such glossary yet.
This is the list of available glossaries.
The glossaries are to be built by each language community, then they can be available. Tell me if you wish we create the necessary structure to fill an English-Arabic glossary.

Well cool I appreciate that move, but I don't think I understand what you mean by "creaing the necessary structure" huh.gif

If you wish, we can create a new "English-Arabic" glossary but you will have to fill it with terms (at your pace, no hurry)

Yes sure, thanks really. I have just finished translating the glossary extension to Arabic and updated its status to Testing,Q/A.

but one thing though, arabic is a Right-to-Left (LTR)language, which means that the cells in the translation of the glossary(the translated items) should be right to left.

Alright I'm all warmed up to start filling this thing, what is the next step.

Cheers rockon.gif

thanks for your work smile.gif

There is new English-Arabic glossary for you to be filled. I have set your account so that you have full publisher's permission on it. just submit termes and their translation whenever you want. Of course the relative number of your lang glossary must be changed in BZ glossary extension if you want to test it.
YourGlossaryNumber=75

yeah cool I`ve started working on that and have a page-full already, Goofy is there a way to allow for multiple term additions to the glossary at once , instead of having to submit terms one by one, it could be like a multiple file attachment to an e-mail, would save lots of time.

thanks

smile.gif Our Wizard Tech Admin can fill the glossary with a huge number of English terms directly in the database, but you still have to put the translations one by one. I will ask him if some direct file could be submitted, something having a syntax with comma-separated entries (if it is what you are thinking of ?) :

English term, Arabic term, Comment

1. Our Tech Admin Fenian has just filled your glossary with 780 English terms (from the French glossary) but obviously without the corresponding Arabic terms. If it is not satisfying for you and if you have already prepared a whole list of translated terms, just send him a PM and see what he can do.

2. About the rtl problem, Captain Caveman will soon give it a look at it, but it seems (considering the sketch you sent me) there should be something done on BabelZilla (and not only in the extension) because of the rectangle displaying data (terms and translations and comments). So again, this is in the hands of Fenian smile.gif who is very kind and helpful but may have few time to manage with that request these days. Please be patient. smile.gif

smile.gif Minor update again, to include recently provided locales, so there should be nothing special to do, for most of you. Thanks all smile.gif !
