In case you're looking for some specific translator, please see the list of the available translators on BabelZilla
Selected that desired one, you may send him a P.M. or an e-mail (if and when public)
You may also insert a new Topic in the Help Section, in order to ask for specific translations, to write a general request about missing translations, etc

In case you have some curiosities about the WTS, you may find here short and simple Questions&Answers about it !

Lithuanian translation is already completed and can be downloaded via WTS.

Actually lithuanian locale is called lt-LT, not li-LI smile.gif

Wladimir, I noticed that in Adblock Plus 0.6.0.4+ there isn't the localized description tongue.gif

Yep, Premier (Japanese translator) already noted this as well. I'll add this, but this will have to happen after 0.6.1 is released (need to find a better description first anyway).

Btw: it seems that Adblock Plus 0.6.1 is going live on Sunday evening or Monday morning (GMT). Last chance to get translations in wink.gif

Wow, access keys must be hard... I've been doing basic testing of the locales and I found access key conflicts in 8 out of 10 finished translations (including one of my own and Japanese that AFAICT only had this one access key different from en-US). Ok, testing Romanian now, my Romanian lessons were quite a while ago...
